Top 10 Porridge Toppers

Top chef Rozanne Stevens has shared her top tips for porridge toppers. Basic recipe: 1 cup porridge oats 1 1/2 – 2 cups milk (use more milk for a creamier porridge) Stove top method: Step 1 Place oats and milk into a small saucepan. Step 2 Bring to the boil, then reduce to medium heat, stirring for 5 minutes, or until oats are thick and creamy. Microwave method: Step 1 Place oats and milk into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes, then stir and cook for a further 2 minutes. Stir again, then stand for a few minutes before eating. (For a thinner consistency, add more milk or water.)
