We have teamed up with Rozanne Stevens to bring you some top tips on cooking the perfect turkey and ham with delicious gravy: Succulent turkey: Turkey is a must have on most Christmas dinner tables. But it also causes the most angst as it takes so long to cook, taking up your whole oven. And the breast meat has tendency to be dry if not properly tended. The first step is to make sure that your turkey is completely defrosted if it is frozen. Leave to thaw out for 24 hours in the fridge, not on a work top.
