Calypso Coffee

Substitute Irish coffee with Tia Maria for a taste of the Caribeann

Ingredients

  • 1 measure of Tia Maria Liqueur
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • Freshly brewed black coffee
  • Avonmore Whipped Cream

Directions

Method:
Warm an Irish coffee or a medium sized wine glass with hot water. Discard the water and put the sugar & Tia Maria into the glass. Add the coffee and stir well with a teaspoon to dissolve the sugar. Carefully spoon the Avonmore whipped cream on to the top of the coffee. The cream should float on top of the coffee so do not attempt to stir. Relax & enjoy!
