If you are planning to cook for a crowd this Easter the first rule is – don’t panic. The key to cooking for a crowd is planning and preparation. Plan your whole meal from start to finish. Work out what dish you are going to have for starters, mains and of course dessert. Make sure these are dishes you have tried before so you are comfortable making them.
