Bailey’s Coffee

Indulge in luxury after dinner with this great recipe. Your friends will love this one!


  • 1 measure of Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • Freshly brewed black coffee
  • Avonmore Baileys Whipped Cream


Warm an Irish coffee or a medium sized wine glass with hot water. Discard the water and put the sugar & baileys into the glass. Add the coffee and stir well with a teaspoon to dissolve the sugar. Carefully spoon the Avonmore Baileys Whipped Cream on to the top of the coffee. The cream should float on top of the coffee so do not attempt to stir. Relax & enjoy!
