Christmas tree garlic Butter bread

A festive twist for everyone’s favourite bread


  • 29 mini bread rolls (the blaa would be ideal)
  • 200g Avonmore Butter
  • 3 tbs chopped parsley
  • 1tsp chopped rosemary
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 5/6 cloves garlic crushed finely


  1. Cream the Avonmore Butter and add all the ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Assemble the tree as follows: first row – 7 rolls, second row – 6 rolls, third row – 5 rolls, forth row – 4 rolls, fifth row – 3 rolls, sixth row – 2 rolls and 1 roll on the top. And finally put one roll on the bottom for the trunk.
  3. Brush each roll generously with the garlic Avonmore Butter.
  4. Bake in the oven for 12 minutes (until the top of the rolls are brown and glossy).
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle a little more chopped fresh parsley to garnish and liven up.
