Prepare dressing mixing Avonmore sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic and dill. Add salt for taste and leave to cool.
Prepare chicken mixture adding all ingrediets and mix together in a bowl. Leave over night in a fridge. Next day add nuts and almonds to the mixture. If the mixture is too thin add one tablespoon corn flour. Heat the oil and Avonmore butter in a large frying pan over a medium – high heat. Form the fritters in the shape of sticks on the frying pan. Fry until golden brown.
Serve hot or cold with garlic dressing. Perfect as a party finger food.
