fruity cheese poda

  • 1litre Avonmore Milk
  • 250ml Avonmore Fresh Cream
  • 2tbsp vinegar
  • 4tbsp condensed milk
  • 4tbsp sugar
  • 4tbsp plain flour
  • 10 blueberries
  • 6 strawberries
  • 1/2 mango


  1. First mix milk and cream together and bring it boil
  2. take 2 table spoon vinegar mix with 2 table spoon water
  3. when milk start boiling add vinegar slowly in the milk
  4. now milk starts curdling and water will separate from milk.
  5.  sieve the milk with muslin cloth or cheese cloth and hang it for for 10 minute so water will drain out totally.
  6. now divide this cheese into 4 equal parts
  7. pureed strawberries, blueberries and mango separately and keep aside.
  8. crushed green cardamom
  9. now add sugar and plain flour in each bowl of cheese and – now add strawberries pulp in one bowl of cheese and blueberries, mango pulp in other bowls and green cardamom in the last bowl.
  10. set layers in the baking tray- first blueberries layer second mango, third strawberries and fourth cardamom
  11. you can set in any shape – square, circle or diamond shape
  12. bake it for 10-15 minutes at 200 c
  13. cool it and serve it pomegranate,chopped mango pieces and berries.
