Summer Fruit Sundaes

Our Dessert Cream sundae series!


  • 1 banana – half in each sundae
  • 1 nectarine
  • 1 large orange
  • 1 green apple
  • Half a punnet of strawberries
  • 30gms of flaked toasted almonds
  • Avonmore Dessert Cream


  1. Start with some chopped banana at the bottom, followed by 2-3 strawberries cut into quarters.
  2. After this, slice the nectarine in half and slice it into around 10 – 12 pieces. Take each slice and cut that in half and layer up on top of the strawberries.
  3. Sprinkle in a few toasted almonds for some crunch.
  4. On top of the nectarine place some small segments of orange, followed by slices of the green apple. Generously top it with strawberries, again cut into quarters.
  5. Now for the best part, lather the Avonmore Dessert Cream all over the top and watch it find it’s way through to the bottom.
  6. Once you’re happy that the cream has worked its magic through the various layers add a final sprinkle of toasted almonds for a crunchy topping.
