Toblerone & Baileys Cheesecake

  • 275g Cream Cheese
  • 225g Icing Sugar
  • 300g Toblerone
  • 570ml Avonmore Cream
  • 3tblsp. Baileys
  • 1 Pack of Digestive biscuits
  • 113g Butter
  • 22cm Spring form tin


1.Prepare the base by melting 113g  butter in a pot. Crush the digestives, then mix together press into tin & leave in fridge to set.
2. Chop 300g toblerone into small pieces ( use a food processor )
3. Blend 225g icing sugar & 275g cream cheese
4. Add the chopped 300g toblerone & 3tblsp baileys & mix
5. Smooth the mix onto the biscuit base  decorate with shaved Toblerone  & triangles & set in fridge for 2-3 hours before serving
