Vanilla Malteser Cheesecake

    • 300g packet of Choc Hob Nobs, crushed
    • 125g melted Avonmore butter


    • 800g cream cheese
    • 200ml Avonmore Sour Cream
    • 200g Icing Sugar
    • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    • 150ml Avonmore Double Cream
    • 1 packet gelatine dissolved in 120ml hot water
    • 150g crushed Maltesers
    • Maltesers to decorate the cheesecake


    1. Mix crushed biscuits & melted butter together. Press mixture into a springform tin & chill in the fridge for 30mins.
    2. Put cream cheese, sour cream, icing sugar & vanilla extract in a bowl & mix until combined.
    3. Whisk the double cream until stiffened & stir into cream cheese mixture.
    4. Stir in crushed Maltesers.
    5. Stir in gelatine.
    6. Pour mixture onto biscuit base, place Maltesers on top & place in the fridge for 3-4 hours until set.
