Yumptiously easy toffee ice-cream

A family favourite!


  • 500mls Avonmore double cream
  • 325g carnation caramel condensed milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 10 toffee sweets



  1. Whisk the cream, vanilla extract and condensed milk together.
  2. Cut the toffee sweets into little chunks and combine through the mixture.
  3. Put in an airtight container and pop in the freezer for 4 or 5 hours or over night.

Eat up as quick as you can!
